Everyone Welcome!

About Us

The Willows Folk Club is an independent, non-profit making organisation run by a team of regular and dedicated volunteers. Our concerts showcase local, national and international singers and musicians. We aim to provide a varied and interesting programme from September through to June, promoting new and younger talent and a good gender balance, as well as inviting back our established favourites.

What to expect

Doors open at 7:30 pm for an 8:00 pm start featuring a support slot from our club residents. Our main act therefore starts at 8:30 pm. The concert finishes at approximately 10:30 pm with a half hour interval.

Seating is unreserved except for those with disability requirements. There is good wheelchair access and a separate disabled toilet. The venue is all on the ground floor.

We are most appreciative to The Willows for providing us with a beautiful modern function room with a stage and a state-of-the art sound and lighting system (sorry, no glitterball!).

Parking

There are 4 designated disabled parking  spaces and some general parking at the venue. There is plenty of overflow parking 3 minutes walk away at the Kirkham Grammar Junior School car park.

Entrance and pricing

Concerts can still be paid for on the door either by cash or card.

Although we are not currently selling physical tickets it helps to know who is planning to attend. The entrance price varies between £10 and £12 and is shown on our Appearing Next page.

Covid Safety

The room is well ventilated and very spacious so we can spread out or share tables as preferred. There is a booth for up to 4 with a side view of the stage which can be booked by those wishing to be separated.

Hope to see you soon!
